The Town of Waitsfield Road Department is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our four-person crew. It's full-time, year-round work keeping our roads and public lands in good shape, plowing in the winter and mowing in the summer. Experience with heavy equipment and solid mechanical skills are a plus. A CDL is preferred but not required at the time of hire.
